How usage works
Every Synapp plan includes monthly usage limits, sized so a typical practice rarely thinks about them — if yours starts to, that’s usually a signal to talk to us.
Monthly usage
Usage is measured over each billing cycle and resets at the start of the next one. Unused usage does not carry over to the following month.
If you need more
If your practice reaches its monthly limit, you can add a top-up at any time from your subscription settings. Top-ups are applied to the current cycle and keep you running without waiting for the next reset.
Why limits exist
Some of what Synapp does — particularly WhatsApp delivery — costs us real money for every send. A cap on usage is what lets us hold a single low rate for every practice instead of pricing the worst case into everyone’s bill.
Where to see your usage
Your current month’s usage is shown in the Subscription section of your practice profile, along with any active top-ups.
Pricing lives here.
